Fortunately it is unlikely that wallpaper will be damaged in transit but should this somehow occur please email email@example.com with a photo and description of the damaged item, within 28 days of its receipt. We will then arrange for your damaged product to be returned and upon inspection, a refund will be issued.
If you change your mind upon receipt of your product we can offer a refund or exchange for items returned within 28 days in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: Please check all rolls of wallpaper in an order come from the same batch; this information is visible through the packaging and unfortunately a refund cannot be issued in case of differing batch numbers once the packaging has been removed.
